Mary Hornbacher Diet


This is the personal diet that Marya Hornbacher followed during her years suffering from anorexia.  


      ·Breakfast:

      ·Lunch:

            2 Fat-Free pretzels from bag (20 cals), 4 carrot sticks (12 cals), 4 celery sticks (5 cals), 3 tsp. mustard (5 cals)

            Total: 42 cals, 0 g. fat

      ·Dinner:

           1/2 cup Fat-Free, Sugar-Free yogurt (60 cals)
           

Overall Total: 202 cals, 0 g. fat
