2-4-6-8 Diet

Very much like the ABC but easier for those of us who have goldfish memories lol

Day 1:  Fast
Day 2: 200cals
Day 3: 400cals
Day 4: 600 cals
Day 5: 800cals
Day 6: Fast

Carry this diet on as long as you can, when you hit day 5, go back to 200 and begin again.
